Please do share your experiences of colour healing on this site. This is something I am just learning about and am really enjoying doing.

I don't know as youd call it healing with colours , but if i am giving healing / help to someone i visualise the energy going down my arms in waves and into the person , usually i can see the waves as either white or mauve light ..... kev xx

I use whatever colour comes to me when I ask what I should use. I often use orange for uplifting and silver when I am doing healing. I'm still learning so much it's not very strong yet, but I will get there.
