Yesterday my shoulder was really painful, obviously something I had done without realising on the invest friday night. I was chatting to Harmony on another site and mentioned it was painful, a little while later I could feel someone was sending healing because of the heat in my shoulder and when I spoke to her again, she said she had been and it has worked pretty well.
