Using homeopathyThought I would post this cause it might help anyone who has never used homeopathy before.
Here are some GOLDEN rules that have to be followed to ensure it works to the max.
1. You must not touch the pills with your hands or fingers, this contaminates them and reduces the effect. You must tip the pills into the pid of the bottle and take them from there.
2. Try to take them at least 10 mins before or after eating.
3. If you are taking hormones or steroids, homeopathy will not work.
