You also have your own mind to block anything dark out.
Think of the spirits as living people and Aine as Gary, people you like you talk to and those you don't, you don't talk to.
If you saw one of our team or a friend walking down the road, you would fill fine with, but if you were told that the Yorkshire Ripper was in your town, would you go up and talk to him?
99.9% OF ALL SPIRIT HAS ALL ONCE LIVED ON EARTH.
If you think of it like that it will help you who to and not conect with and will help you keep safe, all spirit works by mind and your's is a powerful tool. If you were on the phone and you don't like the person you are talking to, you can put the phone down to break the link, it's the same with your mind.
A dark spirit works by fear and can only be powerful if it can get you to fear it, if you do not, it is weak and can not do anything to you. Once it gets you to fear it, it will get stronger and make you believe what it's showing you is real.

Thanks hun, that really does make sense. I can definately understand that and have to admit that if I don't feel right about a spirit (it's that gut feeling thing again ), I won't connect with them and will block them.
I have only really been taken by surprise and frightened a bit once and that was with that something with the red eyes which came and stood right in front of me at that church we went to March/April time. That was when I first met my angel Aine, she stood right infront of me and blocked this thing.
I do have complete confidence in my angels and guides and also both you and harmony, because you have all helped me so much and I know I can trust you guys, same with the BTM invest team.

You are welcome, it would be a good thing for the whole team to understand, that way each and every person stays safe on vigils and nobody has any problems.
In time if we meet over groups on vigils like at Pluckley as lots go there, if they are having problems, anyone of our team can go and help.

Thats true Alan, I think we are very lucky that we have such a fantastic team to work with. Everyone is so close and we really understand each other and are very good friends, which also helps I think. We have the right connection with each other and always seem to know when something is wrong with another team member even when we are not together.
I don't think many teams could say the same, we have definately been bought together by spirit to do their work in the best way we can.
