aura and chakra repair

i have been told that i need to repair my aura as it is knotty in places and some of my chakras need repairing any dieas how ??

I know chakras can be opened during meditation by visualising the colour of the corresponding chakra as a ball of light getting stronger and stronger and then opening up like a flower. You have to do this for each and every chakra starting at the base chakra. I have done it once and felt fantastic afterwards.

Aura I have no idea I'm afraid. I'm sure someone on here will know though.
