Well I managed to deal with the woods at Pluckley a couple of weeks ago, this was partly down to Trace, Alan and Harmony, but also a spirit who seems to be a bit like a protector for me when I feel vulnerable or scared. She was really close to me in the woods, but would not interact with me. I have been told that she will be with me when I need her to be and as I grow more confident and able to cope in certain situations, she will slowly fade away.
She certainly gave me huge amounts of confidence, although I did have a couple of freaky moment when I had to get back into the open again because I panicked a bit.
Easier said than done hun, especially when I don't really know what the fear is??????
I'm getting better during the day, have been to a few woods with Gary and he has helped me to feel more confident. Not sure how I will be at night in Epping, but we can but try!
You'll do great, don't worry. The whole team will be there with you so you are not one your own, just think what ever the fear is, if it tries to get you, it will have to get us all and no spoke will make me fear it. So don't worry. _________________ love, light and truth

Try to think of the archways of trees like walking through the archway of a church at night, it is just as dark, or even walking into a tend or your own home at night. All of these you can't see the sky or stars.
Fear is something that is in the mind, try to thing of something else what it is like to you.
There is far more danger driving your car than walking in woods.
If it will help, when at home get a peice of paper and write down what the fear is and every thing that frightens you in woods, then think how to overcome it.
I once had a fear of hights and would never go on a big wheel at yhe fair, i did a bungee jump from 500 foot up, ofter that, i have no fear now and even been glider flying at 8000 feet up. _________________ love, light and truth

Thanks, it would be much easier if I actually knew what I feared. I don't really understand myself what the problem is, but I will try and think of it in a different way and see if that helps.
Your completely mad doing a bungee jump, I'm terrified of heights and would NEVER do that!
