IMO healing from spirit is any help that spirit give us either with confidence, with guidance or what I would call physical healing which is pain relief or curing a condition.
A couple of weeks ago was feeling really stressesd out through probs at work. So i decided to do some mediation and i can only describe what was the most wonderful feeling from feeling from head to foot. I knew it was my spirit guide who was with me, they gave healing and a massage. I returned from the experince feeling 100 % refreshed and better and later when i tested my chakras all healed and yet before doing the meditaion they needed some work done on them
It is pyschic energy from spirit.
Spirit can give and take energy, think of a haunted location, the spirit drains the power from your batteries, or you become tired.
This is taking energy.
When spirit give energy, you may be ill or in pain, spirit send healing energy and you fill better and in no pain.
There is protection, strength, wisdom, love, warmth that all comes from spirit and can be felt. _________________ love, light and truth

Thanks Alan, that does make sense. I guess when I do healing, because I ask the angels and saints to send their healing through me, that is spiritual healing?
That's right.
Always start off with your own energy first and to finish.
You will find it far less tiring as braking from spirit will leave you feeling drained and easyer braking from your own.
Try to start off and finish with white, most people tend to think that green is a good colour and is, but it is for grouth and should not be used it there is cancer of grouths inside the body. _________________ love, light and truth

I tend to drink tea by the gallon when doing healing, it does take a lot of energy out of you, but when asking for healing for overs, don't forget about yourself. _________________ love, light and truth

I feel a bit guilty doing that, because I want all the focus to be on whoever I am healing. Would some of that energy not be taken away from where I want it to go and onto me instead?
