Protection

Protection is so important when working with spirit, there are many different ways of protecting yourself.

I thought it might be useful to new people if everyone who works with spirit can share how they protect themselves.

Here is what I do:-

I wear a black obsidian arrowhead. I also have a protection angel (Aine) who I ask to be with me on an invest and my guide (Samual Black Crow) also gives me protection. I surround myself in white and golden light and finally I have a protection spell given to me by a friend.
